My personal experience is that the partner of this management company is rude, combative, and aggressive when homeowners ask questions. I have heard the same thing from other owners in the neighborhood and am shocked by how she speaks to people. I don't have much experience with other management companies, so I can't say what to expect, but I do know from the corporate world, I am shocked at how she speaks to people and how little care is taken to resolve actual issues in the neighborhood.

Is there any way to give a zero star. The owner of the company is the rudest person I have talked to in my life. My fire alarm was malfunctioning and I wasn't in my house. She put my nest fire alarm into deep freezer instead of hididng it somewhere else or even calling me. She destroyed my property and on top of that fined me for it

The service is just OK. The management company, Realty Management & Maintenance, got a lot of complains from the homeowners. Especially the manager, she has very rude attitudes to the homeowners. Many my neighbors have very bad experience with her. The way she is dealing with the business is not professional at all. We had thought to get rid of her and her management company out of Enclave and Belle-Air subdivision, but we don't have time to find a new company to take over yet.
