Lived there for a year. Place was infested with cockroaches and mice and washer dryers always broken. Came back from a week long trip to dead roaches all over my apartment, everywhere. They would also come out at night so I had to sleep with the light on. They kept saying an exterminator was coming, but only came a few times never when it was convenient. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was working with Eddie Safdie who rescheduled the showing of a property multiple times. When we landed on a showing time I showed up and he was no where to be found. I called him (I had to google his number because he wouldn’t share it with me) and he said he’d be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called him again and said he was in a meeting and that he wasn’t going to show. There was someone else there to view the property as well so I’m fairly certain this is a common occurrence.
