Professional rental company - Small business style. Staff are personable and friendly.
Slumlords and thieves. They leave the properties in disrepair. Heat went out several times during <20 deg weather over the winter for over a month total (a safety hazard for the many elderly and disabled people in the building) and they did nothing until several residents called the city. They promised space heaters- I (alone out of the neighbors I know) finally got one delivered on the day I called the city because they "heard you complained"- only to later see it charged (beyond the actual price, ofc) on my security deposi... read more
