Although being treated rudely was part of the problem, the larger problem is their policies. At some point, there needs to be a deeper examination of the fairness of their policies.
The lady who helped us tour- Fannie- was unfortunately extremely unwelcoming. We felt very judged on our profession, and unamused by her passive aggressive comments. We walked in to tour the first unit and as we follow her in she states-before the door even closed- “Take your shoes off. This isn’t the mainland, this is Hawaii, take them off.” in a very stern, snarky tone. It was simply a mistake as we are not locals and still learning. Believe the other reviews. Just got off the phone with this company. The person I spoke with was extremely rude. I forgot her name because I was so focused on her horrible attitude and unprofessionalism. I canceled the showing. I don’t care how good the price is. I don’t want to deal with this company at ALL.

Just got off the phone with Fannie, I have never been in such disbelief with how rude a person could be, especially a person whom you’re hoping to do business with. I didn’t bother scheduling a showing, I feel bad for whoever hired her realty group to sell their home. Good luck doing business with a person like this.
