The receptionist at the front desk programmed my number into the office phone to avoid answering my calls. I called the first few times to ask if I had turned everything in that was needed. The woman who answered told me they were waiting for my current landlord to verify my residency, she emailed them the documents back the same day. Unfortunately, we were not able to approve this person for the house she wanted, and she was unhappy at being denied. Her claims that her number was blocked, or that she was told applications take 3 weeks to process, are simply not true. It was disclosed to her upfront, that our normal processing time is 5 to 7 days. She started blowing up our phone on day 4. She was one of those people who calls over and over and back-to- back without leaving a message, then complains that we can't be reached. She admitted to calling 12 tim... read more

Would not recommend this place as they are unprofessional trying to pull some scammer moves. I lived here with someone back in 2015-2017 and then moved out. New place I rented used realty Fresno as a reference and to verify I would be moving out in Nov 2017. The person that continued to live there was on section 8 and it is in written in their Rental contract that I would no longer be on their section 8 rental agreement. The tenant was notified when she moved out that she was not being released from her rental agreement. California law dictates that in order for a tenant to be relieved of financial responsibility, the landlord must provide a written release. That written release was never granted, and tenant knew that. The tenant's contract with section 8 is separate and independent from the lease agreement with landlord. Great people to work with. Laura was extremely helpful. I am not sure why people have such negative reviews. Fernando was also extremely helpful as is Garrett when I have talked to him. They seem really family friendly and I would recommend anyone to rent from this company. They sent out maintenance ASAP every time. great Company and great people!!!!!
The office manager Laura F****** was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never dealt with anyone in a business like this with such a nasty attitude. She was yelling at me and just being blatantly disrespectful. They lied to me and said the application process was 3-5 days, the 3-5 days ran over then she proceeded to act as though it was my fault when I tried to make the process as easy as possible for her. The applicant submitted her paperwork to us on a Monday, 10/23. She was told it normally takes 3 -5 business days to process. Her landlord was contacted on 10/26. He didn't respond until 10/28, a non business day, and submitted her reference to us on 10/30. Applicant complained about the process taking longer than 5 days, and accused us of lying to her.
