My wife and I were exploring Show Low for a new home. We ended up meeting Beth at a home that she was not representing. She was a stand in for that homes realtor. We were very comfortable with her from the onset. We continued our research in Show Low and contacted her to represent us for a home we were interested in. From start to finish, she made us feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail and always answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Beth to be your realtor in the White Mountain area.
Beth was great! In addition to home searching, she gave us many suggestions for furniture places and other help. She also was accommodating of my wife's 4.5 weeks out of the country. When the county recording office was unexpectedly closed due to flooding, she was helping us find ways to still move into the house on the same day. I'd definitely recommend her!

I've never had to go to the realty office. My coworker Mike VonTheumer recommended Beth and I'm glad I took his advice. After knowing and learning my mind and what I really wanted and where, Beth did exactly what I wanted. I seen some not so favorable homes but that's where you learn. It's not always what you want but what what your not looking for that helps. Beth was awesome and we have yet to unwrap the champagne and goodies left on the counter.
