I initially put in a work order for the ac being broken in April 2022 right before our daughter was born. The property management team at realty executives did not inform us that the home was pending foreclosure until we received a certified mail in June stating that it was going to be auctioned. Very displeased that I have to do business with these people. We just got a bill from Watson and Associates for $75 dollars to have someone come and look at our dishwasher (because we thought it was not functioning properly) In our lease it states nowhere that we are reliable for said cost, I called the property manager at Watson and Associates and talked to Zach who said it does NOT state in our lease that we are reliable. Here is the email response sent to the customer from the Broker of Record. Mr. ******** On 3/7/2020 you submitted a work order stating that the dishwasher was not working properly. We sent a vendor to repair it, however, it was working properly. Section 2.2 of your lease talks about repair bills when the tenant is at fault. In this case, you didn’t break it but by reporting a fault that does not exist this equates to the same, you failed to run the washer through its cycles, if you did you would have known that it was workin... read more
