I called Bob today, he's listing land next to my house. I let him know the property line stakes were knocked down, and asked him to get them put back up so people weren't driving on our property. His reply? " I'm not doing anything"... great customer service My review was facts. Your reply is feelings. I didn't threaten to disrupt showings, I told you if you're not going to do anything, I'll be sure to let people know where the line is and ask them to stay on your clients side of it. Which is exactly what I did yesterday.
