Ted Ciske was a fabulous realator for my son who was a first time seller. He was very patient and gave great advice to my son how to set up his condo for a quick sale.Ted kept in contact with me and my son for every showing and every detail of the closing. My husband and I briefly worked with Wendy. She's probably the most organized agent I've ever met. She may be ideal for a first time home buyer, or someone buying a primary home in general.
