Went to look at a house in Ahwatukee in August with my father-in-law. One of their agents, Lindsay Barnes, was inside with her customers, and had locked the door and taken the key inside. After waiting several minutes in the heat, we rang the doorbell and were rudely told that they'd be done in a few minutes and to wait outside. She then literally shut and locked the door in our face.
