Maria Grado is the most unprofessional person I think I've ever had to deal with. Instead of providing the documents that they had promised to deliver, she insisted on arguing with me through several emails and text messages. What a terrible experience and waste of time. After dealing with her, telling me she couldn't provide what was promised, another realtor from a different company promptly sent the documents along with a slew of information.
