Worked with Les Davis in buying our home. He was especially patient with us as we were looking through SEVERAL homes over the span of months. We were having trouble finding just the right place in our price range. Never once did we feel like he was getting tired of showing us homes or telling us what we wanted to hear to make the sale. Les Davis from realty executives obviously lacks knowledge to help their buyers understand a real estate contract. Or the preapproval process. Do not recommend.

Les Davis is a the worst agent we’ve had to deal with in the 6 years we’ve been doing business. He Sent pre approval paper work from his client and filled out ALL the paperwork to buy a property from us and then after the everything was completed he backed out and said there was a funding issue even though they had pre approval paper work at signing. He’s obviously lying and lacks professionalism and integrity. Clients beware.

Worked with Anthony Smith and he was very nice and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a down-to-earth and straight to the point agent, he's the one.
