MILITARY DO NOT USE, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION IF YOU CHOOSE THEM. The worst realtor you could possible ask for. They don't have any urgency what so ever, they act like they can take there time and you can't do anything about it. Every time something goes wrong they will sit on it for weeks and constantly give you excuses of why its not done. Pulling teeth is easier then dealing with them, just saying. Absolutely horrible customer service. It is impossible getting ahold of anyone at this company, and once you do, they give you the run around. It is very apparent this company only cares about one thing- getting as much money from you as possible. They are out to screw over as many unsuspecting military families as possible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

6/25/2013 This company has been blacklisted and is off limits to all military personnel assigned to Ft Rucker. Having used this company in the past, I advise anybody non- military who is considering using this company to either list a property for rent or rent from, to look elsewhere. There are other options. These is a reason they keep making it on the blacklist.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Business. If you want to to find someone who knows how the military works and can take advantage of that, charge you more than is fair, and come up with charges 6 months later, then this is your company. I used them to manage a home I own in Enterprise, and thought everything was going good until they started sending me bills over 6 months after the services, like lawn care were completed. Just an FYI, this company was just listed under the banned list for Fort Rucker military. I have no personal experience with them but it is not recommended to use them as you could get in trouble with your command.
