My husband and I put our house up for sale June 20, 2020. John D. from Realty Executives Integrity from Glendale, WI brought in a buyer. He seemed nice and friendly at the time. Since he was a Realtor he had his own House Inspectors (Hensiak Inspection Service from Waukesha) that he would get his buyers to use. Listing our home with Jim G****** of Realty Executives Integrity was disappointing. On February 1, 2019, Mr. G****** came to our home. He spent a great deal of time touring our home and then made a very impressive sales presentation. He claimed that, on average, he receives an accepted offer within 28 days of listing and at 98% of the listing price. We were impressed enough to sign a listing contract. Questions I’ve learned to ask our next realtor after our experience with the Jim G****** team and Realty Executives, Brookfield: 1.) As you give metrics of the homes you’ve sold (days on the market, price listed to price sold), are these homes in my location & at my price point? I would not recommend doing business with Realty Executives INTEGRITY. I had the worse customer service experience of my life with their agent Jennifer V*********. When I shared very detailed information via email with the owner Dale and his partner Dana they did not take me seriously. They DO NOT hold their agents accountable for giving polite, quality, professional client service.
