I have been having the hardest time finding a rental within my budget. It all started when my 12 year old daughter sent an inquiry on a 15k a month house ( because she wanted to help and said "it was pretty"). Pretty is a gross understatement of that property but the agent reached out and even after explaining, realizing it was well out of my budget, & getting a good healthy laugh about it, she still insisted on helping me.
