Terrible experience with Bill. Was extremely rude to me and my broker, shouted at her repeatedly over the telephone (loud enough for me to hear while standing nearby), needed continual follow up on information requests, refused to provide seller's disclosure because "his firm doesn't do that", and mocked his sellers to me, my agent and my attorney, calling them "crazy" and "paranoid". I've never witnessed such unprofessionalism. Deeply unpleasant experience.
