Jeffrey Martin and D J Sheridan are two realtors to stay away from. They did a terrible job with communications and the entire selling process. We tried to get rid of them by canceling the contract and they would not let us. Every other realtor would have done this except them. They NEVER even came to see our house nor introduce themselves, hold any open houses but were quick to belittle us. There are a lot of good caring realtors out there so please do your homework!!!
