DO NOT rent a house from property management company Realty Executives Arizona Territory. They are the worst when it comes to resolving maintenance requests in a timely manner and responding to messages that you leave.
I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to two extraordinary people who work with Realty Executives. We met Vince and LeAnn with Realty Executives through a rental property we were looking at when we moved from Florida to Arizona.
