DO NOT rent a house from property management company Realty Executives Arizona Territory. They are the worst when it comes to resolving maintenance requests in a timely manner and responding to messages that you leave.
I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to two extraordinary people who work with Realty Executives. We met Vince and LeAnn with Realty Executives through a rental property we were looking at when we moved from Florida to Arizona. My girlfriend and i put a offer in on a house and Sabrena B Corwin never got back to us, she did not take any of our calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional. The house was listed on a Friday and neither us or our real estate agent could get ahold of her. We put an offer in on Saturday with a response deadline of Sunday night. We finally got a small email on Monday morning that said she had multiple offers and she would get back to us.
