Unethical practice by our agent PT who never crossed the threshold with us and we were very poorly represented in the transaction and according to our attorney she crossed the ethical line several times. Many very exaggerated claims in property details which are either false or inaccurate. At no time did the owner broker ever reach out to ask how the process was going, knowing his agent was representing both buyer and was related to the seller, and agent was not in this state. Very unusual practices. Would not recommend.

There was a house for rent that I was interested in. It was listed by Hank and his associate Kevin. Within hours of the listing I inquired about it. For a week, speaking with Kevin I kept trying to go and view the house and was told that I couldnt.
