We made an offer on a property and Lou would not give the owner the offer. We asked him to at least show the owner so that if it was not even in the ballpark we could move on! We saw the house online and through the windows. He refused to give offer to owner "until we looked inside"! I would not have someone like him representing me!
Do NOT work with this Realtor – I would strongly recommend against working with Sharon Owens at Realty Executives. In my experience she was unresponsive and misleading. I do not think she is trustworthy.
