Very frustrating person to try to do business with - no straight answers to be found
Just got off of the phone with Richard Herman of Realty Counselors and I have nothing nice to say. When I placed my original call to him for basic info on a house his mailbox was full and could not receive messages. Not a good sign. When Richard did call me back he was confrontational, easily irritated, and extremely unprofessional. Thank God I'm a long time home owner that knows the ropes. If it was someone else that wasn't so "mortgage savvy" it would have been a horrible experience. Richard, it's time to retire.
