After renting a property in Chino Valley, I moved out leaving the property in a much cleaner condition when I moved in. I expected most of my security deposit back but was honestly shocked to see almost three hundred dollars had been taken out for landscaping. I am So disappointed with this business. They do not communicate to their tenants properly or show concern unless your a property owner. I'm leaving this comment in hopes that they do not take advantage of anyone else.
