Jim was amazing! He's very knowledgeable of the market and was able to get part of the closing costs covered in addition to negotiating a lower price. He responded to emails and texts within minutes, answered all of my questions, and we closed a week early. Jim's dedication and patience was key in getting our home as the seller wasn't very responsive. I would highly recommend him!
