If I could give zero stars I would. Unethical is what they are. Made an offer on one of the houses they had up for sale, they counter offered (which was fine) and we accepted their offer. The next morning they sold the house out from under us. That’s how this group works (specifically Vearl & Janelle) would not trust working with this group and use anyone else.
