BEWARE of doing business or renting with Mr. Stan Carroll. Buyer BEWARE! My family rented a home from him for over four years. We Always paid our rent on time. He kept our entire deposit of over $1,700.00 after I spent 12 to 14 hrs deep cleaning the house. His exuse via certified letter was he had to put in new carpet & paint the interior. After 4 years of any tenant, it would be common sense that you would put on a fresh coat of paint for your new tenants as well as new (cheap) carpet. I was totally shocked!!!
