Julie Pickens is the best real estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Her primary goal is to get you into the house that you want at the best price. You can trust she will maintain your best interest at all times. She is a rare breed among real estate agents as commission is not her driving goal. She genuinely finds joy in her job and helping people find the perfect house at the perfect price. I would not buy a house without her nor sell a house. I am so lucky to have found her!
It was truly a pleasure to work with Julie and Phil. I really felt as though they had my best interest in mind. Julie and Phil helped me find just the right place to buy in 2011. 7 years later, when life brought unexpected changes, they helped me sell that house to people who "fell in love with it" -- at a price I thought was good. Megan Pickens and Julie Pickens are awesome Realtors! They were extremely patient with us, showed us multiple homes, never in a rush, answered all of our questions, taught us what to look for (leaks in basements, foundations, pests in insulation), and ultimately sold us our dream home.
