Would strongly recommend any other realtor in the area. When inquiring about a property and other possible properties, Melana replied she wouldn’t “waste her time searching”, assuming I am a real estate professional due to me asking educated questions. I’ve never encountered such a response from a real estate professional. She followed it up with a sarcastic “welcome to Panama City, sir” after I informed her I would not be using her services. Embarrassing for the profession.
I had a great experience with Melana Weems as my realtor. She truly goes above and beyond. She was there every step of the way and really helped me through it with almost no worries. In addition since the closing she has picked up stuff I’ve accidentally had mailed to my old house! She is very kind and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
