For anyone who is in need of an inspector for their home, Peter Doane of Realty Check Inspection Service is the person to call. He is very thorough in his inspections, looking for the smallest of details. He was very patient and helpful with all the questions that was asked of him and he took the time to explain the answers. He had the report sent to us and our realtor within 24 hours. We just really appreciate how professional and honest he is.

Buying your first home is a pretty crazy process. Everything is new, it is a little scary, but Peter makes the entire process a whole lot easier. He has the perfect balance of professionalism while being informative and friendly. His attention to detail and attentiveness really impressed me, all while playfully entertaining the idea of my four year old "pirate" who repeatedly tried to cut is leg off with a fake sword.
