I don't usually do this kind of thing but I really think someone should hear my story. I lived in the Silverado Apartments who is under RCMI for almost 5 years. Living there wasn't horrible but there were some things i wasn't very happy with. The parking sucks, pools are always breaking, washer and dryer suck, I put a work order in for a broken microwave during covid and it never got fixed, but all those things are not the reason of this review. Kathy lyles is very inconsiderate and a rcmi properties are no better , they put me in an apartment that was shifting and had unleveled flooring .
I lived in one of apartment under RCMI management. They sent their maintenance guys to fix our place. Never been on time, leave some ugly fixed that didn’t finish. Stolen our tools that cost us $1000. I start to feel this apartment is no longer safe from maintenance people. This is the first time in 11 years. The new management are not friendly with long time residents. I signed the lease in April and they forced us to signed a new lease in February - it has been only 10 months that broke our agreement.
