I second how bad Kathy Lyles is, along with Jessica Thayer, Ken Nikirk, Sarai Mejia. I have to sue the company because of all the loses I've experienced. They flood multiple apartments, just this month 5 are uninhabitable. They turn off the water sometimes multiple times a week. They sent out a news letter about the out of control cockroaches. The only good review is from Sara M, an employee. I've never seen such dysfunction.
I don't usually do this kind of thing but I really think someone should hear my story. I lived in the Silverado Apartments who is under RCMI for almost 5 years. Living there wasn't horrible but there were some things i wasn't very happy with. The parking sucks, pools are always breaking, washer and dryer suck, I put a work order in for a broken microwave during covid and it never got fixed, but all those things are not the reason of this review. Corporate doesn’t care about their employees mental health and fires employees without notice and when trying to resolve a problem they always cover up the regional managers.
