I would not recommend working with Realty Contractor Builders based on my experience as a subcontractor. They regularly use subcontractors but are very difficult when it comes to payment, especially regarding change orders. Approved or necessary changes were disputed. or not paid, despite the work being completed. This created an unprofessional and frustrating working relationship. Subcontractors should proceed with caution and make sure everything is documented in writing before starting work.
