The biggest problem I've had is trying to get the rest of my secure deposit plus my prorated rent back. I've working on this for over a month and it's been over two months since we vacated. And the sad part is they've already had somebody in there within two weeks of after we left. They sent out the first check and we received it with no problem they said they sent out another check but we didn't receive that one which I don't understand if it's going to the same address why would it be a problem and then now we've been wait... read more
The whole Team is awesome. They are responsive, polite and understanding. When you walk in the office everyone has a smile on there fave and is eager to help.
Amber and her team were very professionals, knowledgeable and they communicated very well. It was worth paying a fee to find a good tenant.
