Brad is a great appraiser. I am also an appraiser in town and can tell you his work is quality work and that he does a good job.
I hired this firm in order to sell a relatives home recently and after 2 months of no returned phone calls and no contact whatsoever, we went with a firm out of Washington, Utah.. The professionalism of small town firms like this is sometimes lacking because there are fewer options and limited competition. I wouldn't recommend this firm unless you are willing to wait and put up with lackluster customer service... In this day and age of email and text, its almost unheard-of to not return correspondence...
