I am a Coordinator for appraisals and environmental reports for a HUD insured lender, so I engage a lot of appraisals. I can’t recommend Valbridge enough for appraisals. Their appraisals are consistently top notch reports with fast turnaround times, and compliant with HUD’s stringent requirements. The team are always professional with timely communication. They are a pleasure to work with.
Very efficient team who is responsive to requests, orders, and concerns. We are satisfied with their services and look forward to further business with them in the future.
I had a great and efficient experience with Valbridge Property Advisors. Not only did they provide me with a quality appraisal for 3 commercial properties, but they did it quickly and with a high degree of professionalism. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Zero stars for this company. Didn't even come close when it came to comps. Would not recommend
