The ladies are awesome! Diane assisted me preparing my unit for rental. It was remodeled and deep cleaned. She oversaw the process and the results are phenomenal. She also helped me apply for the new business tax receipt. Thanks, you're really one of a kind!
Be careful with this place. The ladies seem nice but they will take part of your security deposit unfairly and unjustly. I rented an apartment that was stuck in the 80s (including the 20 or 30 year old carpet) in Cape Canaveral. I hated how dirty and stained the carpet was right from the beginning but I compromised because of its proximity to the beach. I paid pet deposit along with regular security deposit.
