I’ve worked with Tony since 2016 I bought and sold 2 houses from him and he also managed both rental properties. He’s always on top of things and all my questions answered. Always on time with tenant rental payments. Whenever I call or text he would always get back to me asap. If you guys want a real estate agent or a property manager you can trust that would be Tony. Thank you for always having my best interest when I’ve bought/sold the houses and taking care of my tenants.
Tony was our property manager for 3 years, and he consistently responded to any needs we had right away. He also went above and beyond to be at the house when it needed repairs, and we could not be there. He stayed on top of all issues and got them resolved quickly. He is intelligent, kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. He is also quite handy himself. Definitely recommend him as a property manager if you get the chance to use him.
I had the pleasure of renting from tony for 2 years . My partner and I were first-time renters and were having a hard time getting a place until we met the landlord Tony . He was super kind and understanding . The apartment was very nice and a great price, and the complex had gardeners that kept it beautiful. We definitely will rent again if we move back . Thank you Tony for being a wonderful landlord.
