Ordered April 5. By April 11 @ 10am & nothing had changed so I requested to cancel. April 14 still nothing had changed so I requested to cancel again. April 17 and nothing had changed so I called 3 times and had to get ugly and threaten with my attorney before they finally refunded my money. Immediately took the money right back so I had to call again and I was very blunt about my feelings. Still waiting for my money back

Great customer service first time calling they gave me 40% off on runningboards and I also purchased a Roll N Lock cargo manager everywhere I looked they wanted $300, real truck had the best price. Sold it to me for $269, my cargo manager came in two days and I’m waiting for my runningboards. This is day number four so far so good.

Purchased 2 items (S&B CAI and AWE Exhaust) on Jul 21, 22 within this timeframe I’ve received 4 shipment delivery updates for the exhaust (Jul 29th-31st), (Jul 31-Aug3rd), (Aug 5th-10th) and now (Sept 16th-21st). Customer service has pointed the finger at AWE saying it’s on them as the product has not been built. I was told they would put in a order status inquiry (Aug 25th) at the time of writing this 5 days has past with no update via email or phone. Had absolutely 0 interest in resolving my issue with a plow I ordered from them that arrived damaged and was very low quality. Dragged things out for literally months constantly blaming the manufacturer, ignoring my emails, then just closed my claim telling me the manufacturer will be helping me farther. Terrible company. I will never buy anything from them again.
