I had previously taken my kids go cart to another small engine repair shop in middlefield to remain nameless, They quoted me 800 bucks for a new motor. he may know how to fix a lawnmower but dont take your ATV or dirtbikes there. little to no knowledge on that aspect of high performance engines, for instance he shotgunned my bike with parts which none of them fixed the real issue, also had fork seals replaced by him and are leaking after 3 rides. needs to go back to school in my opinion!

I would have to say I take a systematic approach to diagnosing machines and never through parts at something without consulting with the customer first. Mike and Tyler are great people to do business with. You can't no longer find smaller business out there like Real Toys. They appreciate their customers and treat them with respect. They also work with you on pricing depending on how much you buy at one time from them. To me, it feels like they are very HONEST and they don't try to push product to you that is not needed just so they can make an extra buck off you.
