HAAR is composed of great individuals that somehow work around HAAR’s inflexible processes, cartel oversight of real estate transfer process, weak documents, and excessive documentation. As a consumer in just three retail real estate transactions, I have never felt that HAAR advocates for consumers, but transfers risk away from itself and ensures self-preservation by restricting consumers like me from the professional services of a realtor, unless the realtor becomes part of HAAR.
