Their agents are real good at working to show you open houses on a schedule that works for you and your family. Their communication over the phone and in person beyond meets any expectations i had. They are truly wonderful people to do business with.
Still waiting for damage deposit more than 45 days later. If you choose MKB Realtors, you might get the same service we did. On our move-in date, the house had not even been professionally cleaned, since the cleaning service was waiting for us to let them in. Upon move out, MKB did not provide us with our damage deposit within 45 days Per Virginia Code, 55-248.15:1. Security deposits, Section A. I'm still waiting for my damage deposit back and keep getting promises, but I still haven't gotten results.
