Can’t even talk to anyone every email I get gives same number and it’s all about elderly assistance button to wear around neck. They are not interested in renting or selling houses all advertisements for stuff I’m not asking for or buying
DO NOT rely on this site or company for accurate information. My home was for sale and was "Pending" for days, they did not update. They said, "we go by the MLS". Which one, because the official MLS has 'Pending' for days. Even after I took a screen shot from Zillow and sent it to them, they continued to say they go by the MLS, which was 'Pending'. Ridiculous. Stay with Zillow.
I was called seconds after an inquiry on a Sunday, I told them not to not call me anymore. After the call ended the representative TEXT ME to argue like a child, one of the most unprofessional things I've ever witnessed. you let your customer service representatives harass customers and call them names?
Same stupid lead system just like all the rest. DOESNT WORK!! RUNN Get out there and network instead!!
