We were EXTREMELY fortunate to have had Pat represent us when we sold our house in Silicon Valley. When I sold my Marin County house, and hired Pat to list it, local real estate agents were aghast that I brought in an 'outside' broker, thinking I'd be lucky to get my asking price.
