It was my first time at North York Smile Centre and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. Laurie at the front desk shook my hand and made me feel welcome, and Ann gave me a tour of the centre. I’ve been going to this dental office for over 30 years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The entire staff is always friendly, understanding, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. They are extremely patient—especially when you’re dealing with tooth pain—which truly makes a difference. There are quite a few new team members now, and everyone I’ve met has been very kind and welcoming. I had an amazing experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was warm and welcoming. The hygienist, Shelley, was gentle and very thorough, and Dr. James Ko took the time to explain every step of my treatment. The office is modern, clean, and clearly focused on patient comfort. Krishna, the assistant, was also incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I finally feel confident about my dental care—highly recommended!!
Always have a great experience at this practice. I have been a patient for over 10 years and never had a bad appointment. I usually see Dr. JESIN. My last appointment was with Dr. KO and Ankita. Both dentists and their dental nurses are very experienced and caring. The receptionists are amazing - that includes Laurie, Marinel and Krishna. The dental hygienists are great.
I had a great experience in North york smile dental office today. All team were friendly and helpful. Brittany the hygienist did a great job and spend time to explain and advise. It was the best cleaning I ever had. Thank you Brittany for your care and great service.
