I’ve been going to this dental office for over 30 years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The entire staff is always friendly, understanding, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. They are extremely patient—especially when you’re dealing with tooth pain—which truly makes a difference. I had a great experience at North York Smile Centre today. The clinic has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, and the entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Jerry Jesin was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. He made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, which is something I really appreciate. Was incredibly pleased with the work done by Dr. Mitchell and Ann on my first root canal. Since this was my first root canal I was a bit nervous going into the Smile Centre. But Ann and Dr. Mitchell put me at ease and performed high quality work on my tooth. They also showed me before and after x-rays so I could see their work. I left feeling confident the job was done right and my mind was at ease.

I can’t say enough good things about Brittany! She handles my dental cleanings and is absolutely incredible at what she does. From the moment I sit in the chair, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. This is especially important to me because I have very sensitive areas in my mouth. Always have a great experience at this practice. I have been a patient for over 10 years and never had a bad appointment. I usually see Dr. JESIN. My last appointment was with Dr. KO and Ankita. Both dentists and their dental nurses are very experienced and caring. The receptionists are amazing - that includes Laurie, Marinel and Krishna. The dental hygienists are great.
