I had an amazing experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was warm and welcoming. The hygienist, Shelley, was gentle and very thorough, and Dr. James Ko took the time to explain every step of my treatment. The office is modern, clean, and clearly focused on patient comfort. Krishna, the assistant, was also incredibly helpful and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I finally feel confident about my dental care—highly recommended!!
I’ve been recently visiting this clinic for my dental health care and got cleaning done from Dr. Lucy, hygienist. She is very knowledgeable, easy going and thorough in explaining the care I need to take as an aftercare. Also, she worked on my teeth very gently that I felt zero to no pain throughout the process. I’ve been seeing Dr. James and hygienist Shelley for my dental care, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service. Shelley is incredibly thorough with cleanings and makes every appointment stress-free. Dr. James is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain treatment options clearly. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend this dental office!!
I’ve just started seeing Dr. Robert Eisen, and I’m really impressed. He’s kind, gentle and extremely thorough. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to understand the full before starting any treatment. This is was the second time getting my wisdom tooth extraction here and this time by Dr. Riya & her assistant Ankita. It was a very quick and professional experience. All steps pre and post extraction were thoroughly explained and the actual procedure was done very smoothly. Both were very supportive throughout the procedure! 100% recommend! 👍
