Yes Nick, you are an inside trader. You put stuff on the market but no one but your friends or financial contributors get a chance to even bid. You told me directly that the place in Terrace Hts was available through Monday and when my realtor tried to make an offer, it was gone by 2:00 PM. That is just not representing your client, and not fair to all the people trying to bid on it. I am an investor, and I will never even look at anything you put up, ever.
