Melynda is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was totally unfamiliar with the steps involved in selling my house, but she was super proactive in telling me what needed to be done and how to do it-and then reminding me what needed to be done next. She was incredibly helpful identifying buyers for several pieces of furniture we were trying to sell.
