I hired Melynda in fall 2026 to help me sell my house near Cornell that I'd owned for 20 years. I found her by browsing Ithaca area agents on the realtor.com site. Melynda is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was totally unfamiliar with the steps involved in selling my house, but she was super proactive in telling me what needed to be done and how to do it-and then reminding me what needed to be done next. When i was unable or didn't have time to do something she knew exactly who to call to get the job done well and on a budget (painting, landscaping, paperwork, etc.). Melynda did a magnificent job of getting us ready to put our home on the market, staging our home for listing, and helping us sell our home at a price we were happy with.
