Exceptional real estate agent. Finding Marielyn was truly a blessing. I tried two other agents with this particular house. Working with Marielyn was exponentially better. I had a hard time selling my condo last year so I switched up real estate agents this time. Mari exceeded expectations. Not only did she sell my condo in under 40 days while only going down on the price one time, she gave me great contacts for a mortgage broker and a handy man. She handled my crazy tenant like a pro and even swept my condo when I ran out of time. She was very professional throughout every stage of this process. She should be nominated for realtor of the year in my opinion. 5 stars all the way!
