You literally won’t find a better realtor. Leigh was there for every step and goes ABOVE and BEYOND in all aspects. Our home purchase had a couple hiccups (nothing to do with her) but she would always be there with the correct answer and would give us insight. When it comes to realtor/buyer rapport she hits the nail on the head there as well. Takes the time to know exactly what you (the purchaser) are looking for and doesn’t waste anyone’s time. Leigh was very professional and personal with our situation. With us living out of state we thought it would be more of a challenge but she made that much easier than we expected. We would definitely recommend her to be your realtor for your next property sale.
I wouldn't have the home I love without Leigh. Three competing offers and it was Leigh that convinced the sellers to choose me, she knew exactly what to say. Leigh saved me THOUSANDS! When we first looked at the house Leigh noticed the condition of the chimney cap and recommended a chimney inspection. The entire fireplace, chimney, chimney cap needed replacement-a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR repair that I would have been on the hook for if she hadn't suggested that inspection (the sellers paid for my new fireplace and chimney).
