Max is a magician!!! Two different agents were trying to rent out our apartment during COVID for 6 months and couldn’t do it...Max rented it in 2 weeks. He was very highly recommended, and now I know why. He takes professional photos and videos of your home, lists/markets it everywhere and really had a broad reach when it comes to advertising your home. Max is professional, honest, punctual, patient, and just a nice person. If you need the “right agent” not just any agent, then call Max.

Maksym is a great realtor and simply a great person! He is very knowledgeable in his field, very professional and polite. He kept me informed about every seeing of my apartment, provided valuable feedback and advises. I would absolutely recommend Maksym to anyone who is renting, buying or selling a property.
