Just bought another house with Elaine as our agent. Closing was going smoothly until the sellers breached their contract and took extra belongings off the property. After Elaine negotiated with the sellers agent, we were fairly able to get the house 5k less than the agreed offer. Elaine went above and beyond during this. She is personable and professional.
