Excellent attention to detail and dedication to the task at hand
Elaine has been our Real Estate pro for 7+ years. She helped me to buy my first home in 2017. This year she has helped me to sale my old house and buy my new house. She is responsive, and her attention to detail is sharp. I'm looking forward to buying another property with her.
Just bought another house with Elaine as our agent. Closing was going smoothly until the sellers breached their contract and took extra belongings off the property. After Elaine negotiated with the sellers agent, we were fairly able to get the house 5k less than the agreed offer. Elaine went above and beyond during this. She is personable and professional. I would highly recommend her, as she has her clients in mind at all times.
