Elaine was great, she has everything down to a science. She lets you know a timeline as to how long it should take to get things ready to sell. She also keeps you organized as to what needs to be done from week to week on a calendar she sends you. She also responds quickly to either a txt, email or phone call to any questions you might have no matter how small. If you are planning on selling or buying I would highly recommend Elaine!!
