I have bought and sold many homes in my life and used multiple realtors. I used to be a real estate investor, and then there's that lifetime of personal primary residences. I'd have to say that Diane Vanhook is the best realtor to have ever represented me. Why? It's something about super-serving the client, not just serving. She communicates effortlessly over multiple platforms. She's always there to help and proactively volunteering with any possible needed contacts. She made this deal happen for me.

Diane was very helpful initially with showing us properties and narrowing our search. She was able to find a property before it actually went on the market which we liked very much. Once we had an initial purchase agreement, she was very helpful in dealing with various issues arising from the property inspection, including recommendations of several specific firms to make the repairs.
