We recently purchased a resale home, and the seller’s responsiveness has been very poor. We were only given the keys to the house, with no instructions or documentation provided. There is a home security system installed, which was triggered and resulted in the police coming to the door. TBH David Lisa and Michael are the best on what they do. My family and friends use them all the time. In total we have sold and bought 10+ diferent times. They never failed me and they are quick on what they do. When buying David is a wizard when inspecting the properties, he will literally tell you the problems of the property in 5 minutes. While people like us look how pretty the place is he can search for hidden problems that are not that visible for the regular home buyer. I will used them until the day they retire.
